与传统的CO2激光切割相比,光纤激光在金属板材切割中的应用不同于外部光路、切割头、辅助气体等。直接激光通过光纤到切割头,光路稳定可靠,确保整机切割机的一致性不需要格式化,光学防护气体,将配备空气压缩机和空气处理系统;

激光切割头的聚焦耦合后,通常聚焦透镜焦距125mm或200mm的配置,保护透镜聚焦透镜和喷嘴之间,用于防止通过聚焦镜污染;用短焦深的光纤激光器的聚焦性能好,切缝宽度窄(可达0.1mm),速度高,适用于快速切割板。
