合肥钣金加工浅谈激光焊接原理、分类及应用

激光焊接是利用受激发射激光器作为热源,熔化和冷却材料,实现原子间的结合。根据激光焊接填充材料,它可分为激光焊接和激光复合焊接(激光焊);根据镜结构可分为普通激光焊接,激光扫描焊接;根据焊接熔深可分为激光热传导焊接和激光焊接。

激光焊接作为一种高质量、高精度、低变形、高效率、高速度的焊接方法,越来越受到人们的重视。早期应用于小零件的脉冲固体激光点焊和焊点搭接焊。在高功率CO2激光器中,获得了类似于电子束焊接的小孔效应深熔焊接。激光深熔焊接技术在工业机械中得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。


随着大功率YAG激光突破1kW和连续或高重复频率输出的平均功率,深熔焊接也可以实现。它的波长相对较短,金属的吸收率很高。焊接过程很少受到光致等离子体的干扰,具有良好的应用前景。随着[ 1 ]光纤激光器的发展,高功率光纤激光器、光纤激光制造成功,质量好,使用寿命长,设备免维护周期长,储备功率比CO2激光波长只有1 / 10甚至更高,电光转换效率高达30%,促进了激光焊接的应用发展。激光焊接的应用也涉及到航空航天、军工、造船、汽车制造、压力容器制造、开发和医疗等行业。




Laser welding uses the stimulated emission laser as the heat source to melt and cool the material and realize the bonding between atoms. Laser deep penetration welding technology has been rapidly developed and widely used in industrial machinery.


With the high power YAG laser breaking through 1kW and the average power of continuous or high repetition frequency output, deep penetration welding can also be realized. It has a relatively short wavelength and a high absorption rate of metals. The welding process is seldom interfered by photo induced plasma and has a good application prospect. With the development of [1] fiber laser, high power fiber laser, fiber laser manufacturing success, good quality, long service life, equipment maintenance free period is long, reserve power than the CO2 laser wavelength is only 1 / 10 or even higher, electro-optical conversion efficiency is up to 30%, to promote the application and development of laser welding. The application of laser welding also involves aviation, aerospace, military, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing, pressure vessel manufacturing, development and medical treatment.
