浅谈激光切割质量甚至能否切割影响最大的有如下因素

CO2激光材料表面反射率10.6mm发射远红外光束,非金属材料有更好的吸收,具有吸收率高、表面金属材料10.6mm束吸收差,尤其是黄金和白银的反射率高,铜、铝等金属,这类材料一般不适合采用CO2激光束,特别是连续波束切割。铝和铜金属,足够的初始功率为3KW以上才能获得初始孔所需的渗透能力。
