合肥激光切割钣金加工浅谈激光点焊具有的特性

1)在渗透的情况下,焊点表面激光点焊有明显的塌陷。随着激光功率的增加和焊点表面深度的崩溃的持续时间增加,持续时间或间隙尺寸大,表面会出现凹。




2)随着间隙的增加,焊点的整体变形,关节和凹中心是非常明显的,和融合表面的收缩和强度下降很快。目前,焊接电阻、电池和电子场常用于同一时间两个焊接工艺点,通常采用两种激光光源设计。


3)随着激光功率的增加,焊点表面直径波动,熔合表面的直径和表面的下表面的直径增加缓慢。横截面形状不明显。随着时间的增加,焊点的尺寸增长非常快,融合表面直径的变化率大于上下表面直径的变化率。离焦量的变化的焊点的大小的变化的影响是非常大的。它直接改变了光斑直径和激光功率密度,这两个因素的综合影响决定了焊点的大小。

The influence of the variation of the off focus amount on the solder joint size is very large. It directly changes the spot diameter and laser power density, and the combined effect of these two factors determines the size of the solder joint.
