浅谈数控冲床接口的分类规范

根据国际标准“1504336一1981 (E)机床数字控制-数控装置和数控冲床电气设备之间的接口规范”的规定,接口分为四种类型:

  I--与驱动命令有关的连接电路(动力驱动的联接);

  II--数控装置与自由量系统和测量传感器间的连接电路;

  III-电源及保护电路;

  IV--通/断信号和代码信号连接电路c

  可见, I、II类连接电路传送的信息是数控装置与伺服单元、伺服电动机、位置检测和速度检测器件之间的控制信息,属于数字控制、伺服控制和检测控制的范畴。

Visible, type I and II connection conveyor circuit information is between numerical control device and the servo unit, servo motor, position detection and speed detection devices control information, belonging to the category of digital control, servo control and detection control.
